Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and securely seal the box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
